Alpha Omega Engineering is a civil engineering firm with a primary focus on land development. Our experience is with projects large and small, complex and simple, for over 20 years in the civil consulting business. We strive to be realistic about our abilities in order to provide a timely, quality service for all of our clients. Attention to detail in our plans communicates to contractors and reviewing agencies what is being built, saving both time and money for our clients. We believe in service and we want our clients to benefit from our expertise and guidance, finding value and quality, all in a timely manner. We are here to serve our clients from the beginning to the end of their project needs.
The Experience
The greatest portion of our experience is with land development projects, commercial and residential. We have experience in large multi-acre, large box retail, multi-phase commercial developments as well as the less complex single pad commercial building sites. We have worked on projects with retail names such as Target, Albertsons, Safeway, Pizza Hut, Jack in the Box, First Federal Bank, Petsmart and Great Floors to name a few. Residential subdivisions ranging from 3 lots on 1.5 acres to 510 lots on 175 acres are within the realm of what we have done. We look forward to challenges but are content with the smaller simple projects.
Our range of services also includes feasibility studies, irrigation challenges for gravity and pressurized systems, community utilities design, river modeling, water system modeling, storm water disposal and treatment, fire hydrant flow testing and road design.
